Shipping
Customers should fully inspect every shipment received before signing any bill of lading. All damages incurred during shipping must be claimed with the carrier. If you incur any damage during shipping, please contact us for instructions.
Returns
"Vinyl Fencing", "Jerith Ornamental Aluminum Fencing", and "Welded Wire Fencing" are non-refundable products.
Refunds
To receive a refund for all other products. All merchandise returned for customer convenience are subject to a 30% charge. Customer to pay original shipping and return shipping charges.
Damage
Academy Fence Company will replace any materials which are damaged during shipping. Damaged items must be identified within 1 business day of products receipt.
Office Processing Fee
At the discression of Academy Fence Company, a 5% office processing charge will be incurred if an order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
