All of these Jerith fence styles and heights meet the CPSC Pool Code requirements. You will notice that there are a few Modified designs that are altered specifically to meet the Pool Code. (There altered styles are show below.) For 54" high Modified Styles #200 and #202, the only variation from the standard design is that the pickets do not extend below the bottom rail. Out 57" tall fences combine this same picket change with a narrowing of the gap between the top two rails, which allows out 57" Modified Styles #101, #111, Lexington and Concord to have at least 45" between the rails as the Pool Code requires.
