All products are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes via UPS. We usually ship out your item the next day.

Although some of the arbors and trellises appear to be the same, there are major differences. Please note such things as detail, authenticity, design and most importantly size.

All arbors and trellises come complete with illustrated instructions making the installation fast and simple. Most parts are pre assembled at the factory. No special skills, procedures, or tools are necessary. They take between 20 minutes to 1 hour to setup.

There are numerous ways to install your arbor into or onto the ground. We currently have custom designed 'in ground' and 'flat surface' mounting kits. Alternatively, many times the choice is made to set 4" by 4" posts and simply slide the arbor onto it.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, please call our office immediately to receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to returning. All packages must be labeled with that authorization number. All merchandise returned for customer convenience are subject to a 30% restock fee.

All furniture comes with a MANUFACTURERS 20 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Any piece that is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material will be replaced, at our discretion, the part or the whole product at no charge. To obtain warranty service you must deliver the product or part at your expense. You must call to obtain return delivery information.

Our products are manufactured by molding premium hi-grade polyvinyl and polyethylene around modern structural elements to provide lasting beauty, durability and quality.
Yellowing in plastic products is due to the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Our products contain an industry leading 8 to 10 parts per 100 of titanium dioxide (TiO2), which is an extremely effective UV inhibitor.

Our products are designed to look like they're always freshly painted, so the only reason to paint them would be to change color. Epoxy-based paint is the only paint that will adhere properly to a plastic surface, but it also damages the surface and therefore voids our warranty, so we don't recommend it

As we say it, the main difference between trellises and arbors, is that arbors are self standing, usually with four uprights.Trellises are meant to go against a wall and have to be upright. Portable arbors and free standing trellises are available.
